If visiting our studio is not an option or convenient for you, we can bring the studio to you and set up in your conference room or location of choice!

Photography Packages

Below is a general guideline of Headshot Photography packages we offer. We recognize that every company has different needs, budgets and circumstances.

Contact Us to see if we can accommodate requests beyond the scope of what we offer. We are also experienced in product photography, real estate/location photography and more but pricing in those genres will vary as each circumstance is different.

Studio Headshot

$250

Pricing applies when visiting our studio in Fairfax, VA.

- Session lasts up to 45-minutes.

- 24-hour Digital Delivery
- You can choose to receive all the photos taken during the session or select up to five edited images.

Outdoor & On-location Headshot

$200*

We can meet you at your office or public area (weather permitting).

- Session lasts up to 45-minutes.

- 24-hour Digital Delivery
- You can choose to receive all the photos taken during the session or select up to five edited images.

*may be subject to additional costs for travel beyond 25 miles, parking expenses, permits, and unforeseen costs. Results contingent on varying lighting conditions.

Off-site Studio

We bring the studio to your office!

$150 - Setup Fee*
$150 per person (3-6 people)

$125 per person (7-10 people)

$100 per person (11+)

*Included in Setup Fee:
- Travel expenses up to 25 miles. $0.50/mile thereafter.

- First hour of shooting. $50/hour thereafter.

1. Contact Us

Contact us and let us know what you are looking for and what days and times work best for you. We will coordinate a time and place for your photoshoot.

We can also answer any questions that have not been addressed above.

2. Make a Deposit

All booking reservations s require a nonrefundable 50% deposit.* We can send an invoice to collect payment with a credit card.

You will receive an email confirmation with subsequent reminders.

*We understand that unexpected events happen, but we ask for at least 7-days notice if you need to change your appointment.

3. Final Payment

Final payment is due on the day of the photoshoot session. Photos will be distributed after the final payment has been made.

Photos will be distributed to the main point-of-contact via digital transfer within 24 hours. Bring a USB of at least 128GB to the photoshoot if you wish to have the unedited photos the same day.
